Data Acquisition, transmission and storage
A central hub acquires data from all types of CNC machines; be it modern controllers or old machines. Machine centres, robots, injection molding, deburring, dosing systems are all connected together.
Logged data is transmitted using edge devices / gateway PC to the cloud server for storage and analysis. Customised rule based algorithms are written to detect and predict abnormal machine condition
Remote monitoring and failure prediction
Spindle load and RPM, Servo motor condition, Battery warning, NC Data (No. of parts produced, Emergency stop, CNC cutting time, running time are recorded.
Machine status, OEE, Availability, Performance, Quality, breakdown time, equipment condition are monitored on dashboards and alarm notification sent by email, SMS

Data Acquisition, transmission and storage
Data is acquired form the PLC or controller or electrical cabinet of the press, induction furnaces, reheating furnaces. Piezoelectric acceleration sensors and temperature sensors are installed to acquire equipment vibration signals
IIOT MONITOR logs and trasnmits the data to the cloud server for storage and analysis. Customised rule based algorithms are written to detect and predict abnormal machine condition
Remote monitoring and failure prediction
Monitor the condition of the countershaft's bearings, main motor, and bearings of the clutch and brake. Monitor plastic deformation of the press table or of protective plates and detect bolster damage
Long-term trends in the bearing's condition can be monitored. These indicate deterioration of the bearing caused by gradual wear of the bearing's surfaces (pitting). Service interventions can be planned based on the trends. Thus, the interruption of the production schedule is reduced.

Wireless connectivity of multiple cranes
Data Acquisition, transmission and storage
The Edge device is installed on the crane in the electrical cabinet. Data is acquired form the PLC and electrical cabinet of the crane. Additional sensors like vibration and temperature sensors can be installed for bearing vibration monitoring.
Edge device transmits the data directly to the cloud server using 4G network or wifi network. Test was done using the vibration and temp sensors in the lab. The frequency and temp data from the sensors was relayed using the 4G telecom network to the cloud server. Frequency output were observed on the web user dashboard

Data Acquisition, transmission and storage
A remote terminal unit (RTU) is installed at the fire pimp station to collect data from the electrical cabinet. pressure switches and position switches are installed in the pipelines and valves at different floors in the building
The RTU trasnmits the data to a local gateway PC. Fire detection signal is taken from the fire panel also. Data is transmitted to the cloud for monitoring and system failure detection

24x7 monitoring of the complete system without human intervention is achieved. The system ensures that the hydrant and sprinkler network are always under water pressure.
Signals like pump start stop in case of fire, pressure at each floor, fire detection are monitored.
